The bad smell comes from the bacteria living on your skin, which breaks down molecules and produce acid or whatever stuff smells bad. The smell of "new" sweat is almost null, or simply close to the natural body odor (so, pheromones, stuff like this)
Also, the sweat coming from some part of your body doesn't have the molecules bacterias will break down, so, abs sweat or boobs sweat shouldn't smell different from the body odor.
