Obviously native speakers would be able to notice the non-Japanese easier but for me some one who been learning JP for atleast 10 years It's hard to tell but sometimes I notice some mistakes. Regardless all the ranking I have seen , including ones made by Japanese people put IRyS at number 1 and Anya at 2 so there is that.
