The problem is not even that the talents suck, more so that Nijisanji is fundamentally an evil entity that can only produce good things out of sheer incompetence and fortune and the rest of the time only exist to funnel money from one's pocket to another's efficiently without any regard to what it can provide to society.
It's not a vtuber company, it's a grift scheme in not-so-subtle disguise that only deserve contempt from anyone capable of compassion. Its death would do the world a service and be reason enough for celebration.
