You have to remember that Hololive didn't start out big. It was small. Suisei and Pekora were 1k shitters in their early days, not 30k+ giants. For years Nijisanji was the only big company. However Nijisanji didn't invest in their talents so their performance didn't improve much. Meanwhile Hololive is focused on nurturing their talents and long term success so they keep growing.
