So here's the final custom script. This should add a small timestamp below the stream. This is actually one of the things that Twitch does better than Youtube since they have a built-in timestamp below their player. I built this for myself but I share it here because I'm a firm believer in open source. This is meant to be used with the Youtube Enhancer addon, which lets you run a custom script. I'm sure it can be adapted to be used with GreaseMonkey/TamperMonkey but since I don't use these addons myself, I wouldn't know how to make it work there. I will maybe install TamperMonkey and read a tutorial on how to make a userscript, but don't count on it since this works for me.
