And to be fair, incels for the most part are also held back for internal reasons, but the amount of work one has to put in to get sex is completely different and there are millions if not 10s of millions of men out there that will never get it for the sole reason of being extremely socially inept and not having the tools or even the ability to get better at it. That doesn't happen with women regardless of social aptitude or appearance because straight men are so aggressively horny that they will put their dick in a beehive if they're desperate enough and "the ick" doesn't realize exist as a concept for non-chad men. If a woman wants sex with a man but doesn't get it, the reasons would be
location (ex: extremely religious rural area with no access to internet or single men)
physical illness: can't leave the house, act of sex would actually kill her (Ironmouse good example, though she isn't a virgin due to it being degenerative)
mental illness: doesn't leave the house or put herself in situations where sex can happen
Compare that to men where the reasons sex might not happen can be extremely numerous (though incels think looks is the number 1 factor when it usually doesn't matter at all outside of height on dating apps).
