As impressive as ERB is, I don't think she made any sense to hire until now. She is a departure from the norm, and still has significant challenges ahead. Culturally she is in the online degenerate circle but:
1) she is not a weeb
2) she can't sing english songs archived and (idk cause I am an EOP) but she seems concerned about her JP pronunciation
3) Their immediate senpai. - Fuwamoco, Shiori and Nerissa ALL have gachi and definitely seem intent on keeping their gen drama free. I don't think they will outright avoid (maybe Fuwamoco), but there will be preconditions on collabing and it may lead to friction.
4) It's not clear what content she even has besides her voice. It's great, but what's she going to do? Imitations in front of the holo? See bullet 3.
5) This one is mostly speculation, but I am going to go ahead and venture that EN4 itself is going to have internal cohesion troubles just based on its nature. I think the pairings with Advent in official art were done for this reason. Raora is 100% going to pair up with Fuwamoco and she has shown signs that she wants to pander to JPs (her JP sucks too much but that can change)
This honestly feels like the most ambitious EN generation ever, maybe JP even. And all of it is thanks to the hard work from girls like Miko.
