Gura is really easy to befriend, just act mock competitive with her, take things in stride when she wins (but act faux mad, just really badly so she knows you are enjoying it) and she'll love you in 2 seconds
All she wants is to have friends, you really dont have to try that hard, and the second chumbuds see their oshi enjoying herself they won't hate mori for it either
