I just had some bad experiences with women and need to heal. Hololive is a good spot to be in for that.
Despite the shitposting I like most of the talents and their dynamics. I'm not interested in yuribaitng. I'm not interested in watching male-female dynamics. I don't coom to the talents. I just like cute girls being cute and bantering with chat. No bs in sight. Hololive is an oasis in a desert of e-fame brainrot.
It was there for me when I needed it the most and I still take part in it occasionally.
It would be a huge loss if that disappears due to outside pressure to become one with the slop. The fear of Nijification is very real with the core fanbase. Shitstirrers exploit those very fears for (you)s and i guess clout with their discord groomers, but I do not feel represented by those posts and think they're annoying and useless, as you probably do, too.
Nothing is forever, yes, but trying to force a running system open feels like an attack and frankly, probably is meant as one. At least by some of the people who advocate for Holoive to be turned into a mixed group.
There are only few spaces left with the vibe hololive radiates.
