Come on, Anon. Of course I meant when Rushia was still in the Company. Neither Noel nor Flare reached that level of hers. Marine and Pekora do.
I disliked Rushia even back then but she was one of the most popular members back then and neither Noel nor Flare are bad. The whole gen is just pure gold.
