2. Roll out your dough pretty thin w/thicker outer crust
3. Slice your onion relatively thin (1/8") and your jalapenos thick (1/4"). Your onions will have time to release aromatically while your jalapenos won't quite overrun everything else.
4. Cook around 15 minutes or so, outer crust should be decently brown but still pliable. Think a little more flexible than ciabatta.
5. Pull out and bask in glory for about 5 minutes before eating.
If it's too "greasy" you put on too much cheese have some fucking self control you animal.
Also just tried seasoned fries on pizza and it's pretty good would recommend.
