Actually show up on different days then. Convention runners would love (not the conops people though but fuck them) if more people showed up to shit on Sunday but it's always a shit time for actual event attendance, and no one's a bigger #s fag than guest's manager.
That said, AX is known for this shit. Their programming person is literally retarded and uses microsoft excel as afucking calendar.
