And first and foremost, she would need to want to audition for Hololive. Apart from a chance to perform on stage with Kiara at Holofes in the spring and at the EN concert in the summer, I'm not sure what Cover could offer her that she cannot get on her own or through Gunrun. Mint does not necessarily need to join Holo to have a 3D performance with Kiara on either talent's birthday or anniversary, for example; she also doesn't need to join Holo in order to get a serviceable 3D model so she can have a 3D collab with Kiara.
She might audition for Holo in the future, though. The only thing that's certain is that she will not and cannot do so before her non-compete clause expires.
