They don't care what the talents want, they don't care why holos are popular, they just think everything holos have built up until now is wrong and they are here to fix it.
It is interesting, generally these are the same people that will advocate for female rights. Or feminism if I may, the idea is that women can succeed on their own without men.
hololive has done exactly that, an all female group that is successful on its own merit. By all logic hololive is the perfect form of feminism, as bizzare as it sounds.
They want to shoehorn stars in holo because it will increase the percieve entertainment value of the brand, and get rid of all the le parasocial incels.
But this logic also circles back to "female streamers need men to be entertaining." It's all too bizzare.
