Well, new Holo gen with them may be possible. I don't think vtubers can't have access or create advanced models.
But RU/UA vtubing segment and audience are very small. And other problem is very small amount of vtubers can speak english or japanese very well

It could work on paper, the problem obviously is that it wouldn't look good for COVER to do business in an aggressor country. That is serious for business and marketing.
