Hololive, in general, is quality. No explanation needed. Some even say it's the standard.
Vshojo has some very good streamers e.g. Henya and Melody. And though most of the other ones aren't to my taste, I can't say they are bad either because they pass the 4 number mark. But do note that numbers aren't a general indicator of quality.
Phase is only "relevant" because the corporation is hard carried by a very few.
