All seven of them (or eight if you include Michi, or nine if you include her and 10Jin, or...) are doing much better now than they were when they were in; and all of the ones still in know there's hope for their futures once they're able to get out.
And Reimu in particular can't pretend to be unaware of the concept of post-Niji success, because she follows Mint on her Niji account. She may be in the termination queue because of this.
Vivi and Kunai don't follow any ex-Nijis on their own Niji accounts, so they can feign ignorance on the matter (or they COULD feign ignorance, if they had any inclination to stay in Niji for one nanosecond longer than they're contractually obligated to stay)
