I'm not even sure to be honest maybe being the only person in a small car during NijiGTA, Seffyna's biggest event was co-hosting several 24 hour relays and Minecraft events, Ban Hada's biggest event was
being on hiatus for yearsNijiAussie collab, Ha Yun's biggest event was being in I believe Kuzuha's or some other big members team during a Nijisanji APEX random-group tournament, Sera's biggest event was screaming during the Taka's Tower climb with Nagao, Nagi's biggest event was collabing with Ange a couple of times, Bora's biggest event was being the only KR to focus on Japanese pre-merge and being FPS focused, and finally Maou-sama's biggest event was obviously her being the only one to ever get 3D and even was a headliner at Nijifes, along with her Koshien MVP stint among countless other things.
The only actual winners of KR both pre and post-merge are Nari AKA Maou-sama, Bora who retired and is majorly successful elsewhere, and Seffyna who actually gets practically nothing despite being the host of a dozen events under her belt. Three people who only just barely got support from fans and growth with only one (1) singular person where they got ANY kind of official support from Nijisanji in the years since the merge. A single person. I'm not going to talk on ID as I have zero experience with them beyond Hana's dad/"dad" being a fan of the group now currently known as the Castle Super Beast Zaibatsu, but even I know Hana's the only one who ever got anything both officially and fanbase-wise.
