I'm just calling management extremely retarded because there is an order to these things - first you try to make your jp talents well known outside of Japan, THEN you try to fill a 4k venue. Or simply merge all 3 concerts and have jp guests, or pick a smaller venue. NijiJP has always gatekept their content from eops and made it hard to get into, so either stick with that or slowly try to make it more accessible. Their official shows don't even have english subs, and you need a VPN to watch a lot of region locked content, even the concert I linked in my post.
But all things considered, Niji's reputation in the west is pretty much dead, so they should just stay where they're successful, aka Japan.
