>>7939486i dont think this is really true, she wouldn't release an entire song for such a shallow reason as only twitter posts. its a part of it obviously but tons of her older music has a similar theme. she just loves people who work hard and chase their dreams and wants to inspire people to do that and get them to come out of their shell, the same way she was inspired to do.
seriously the vtweeter group is like, 100 people worldwide. everyone talks about how Epically Ethered And Owned they got but theres like 20 tweets on the whole internet that are actually mad about it. there was countless indies and pre-debut tubers who absolutely loved the message, reception was almost universally positive. i literally had to go digging to find tweets critical of it, do you have any idea how crazy that is, to not just be able to find bullshit anti posts about anything, because its such a universally agreed upon message that even the people who don't like her won't criticize her for it?
all the hype it generated was on the concept of a controversy and not an actual one that exists, its not even really a diss track in any sense outside of one line, which is why its still a great song with a great message months removed from that non existent drama.
and basically this is why its stupid as fuck that cover don't seem to be letting her perform it. spit that shit live mori, we're all waiting.
