In fact she had the lowest viewers of ALL non-ID Holo streams (Anya..) within the last 24 hours. I don't even dislike Kiara much, it's just I mean, sure she has loyal KFP who SC her a ton, but in terms of overall clout/popularity I'm not seeing it. She does have a fervent cult following at least.
Generally her biggest non-new-outfit numbers are JP collabs, which at first were big news for the novelty of a reverse Coco/Haachama effect for Japanese viewers where it's neat to see an English speaker talking freely in their own language, but those tended to draw to more typical numbers over time (still her best though I think).
