Different moles, different eye style, different eye color, slightly different clothes, and maybe (MAYBE) slightly different hair color - that's all she needs to be able to use the "Legally Distinct Scarlet Yomigami" (sic) model on her PL account.
And the changes don't even need to be that big, just barely changed enough to keep the relevant lawyers happy. It worked for Mike, inasmuch as she's legally allowed to stream using her "Legally Distinct Pink Necromancer" model without getting sued for IP infringement.
