Remember to have rest days and sleep at minimum 6.5 to 8 hours daily, do not commit the fucking mistake of exercising real hard 5 days a week with little sleep, otherwise you will be welcoming heart failure just as you would by being a fatass or neet or both forcing sleep deprivation on themselves, heck, those guys would probably last longer than you in said case.
I'm not joking, several people in my area died of this because they thought harder = better and because the pandemic made them gym addicts, now they are not on this Earth anymore because they assumed fitness was health, no you morons, fitness helps with health if you don't overdo it. A literal fleshtuber bro died because of this same issue too.
Do not fucking go turbo every single day. Also same with the other activities, otherwise you will get sick of literally overachieving over your past self far harder than he would done so naturally if you had your shit in order since younger. You're growing and changing as a person. This is a good thing. Sure it hurts but that's just how it goes. which if you were to take the vtuber concept out of the equation, would be seen as "sad but okay" and even if you dont have the same relationship you used to, you can still: wish well for the other, check up on each other once in a while, cherish the time youve spent with them as you create new memories with new people and doing new things, etc

honestly this analogy goes a long way, really goes to show how close vtubing can get to feeling like having a friendship or relationship
