It's definitely not something as mundane as a singular upcoming graduation. And it's also not as small as being told by management not to acknowledge the fact that the concert had been cancelled (I think some have already done so) or not to acknowledge the fact that the concert had ever been scheduled in the first place. It's a mass graduation, or a merger, or something much worse.
