The JP golden boys had their concert cancelled as well, and it's also been relegated to a live stream. The difference is that Chronoir's concert stream is paywalled, so the two of them will get a revenue cut from that stream; however meager their cut is, it's still more than the $0 that the EN talents will be getting.
Also (as the other anon mentioned) the tweet lists the show times in PDT, yet they couldn't be arsed to do the same for Vox's 3D debut. Why is that?
