Ina also had a far superior support network and lack of prevalent health issues. Not like Sana was dying, but when you're really not all that into your job, there's another job waiting for you that makes more than enough, and there's 2-3 minor health things nagging at you. I don't see how you could blame anyone for leaving.
She didn't pull a Rushia or a Vesper, she's the only second member to leave on good terms, good enough to be remembered as a alumni, and is very clearly still friends with Council, I get liking Hololive, I get loving Hololive, but I also insist that you should keep in mind that at the end of the day, it's just a job, and no one should be forced to work a job they don't like.
