Voicepacks get made in bulk and most of them are not very long so you can probably crank one in the studio while you do something else.
Events have a wider range. some are one stream or a "show up here and say stuff" and others are literally lets grab your avatar and put it on stuff while you work,
last, but not least, while 3ds are indeed a thing that consumes time, Koyo isnt exactly known for her performances.
She's a nice singer, but she doesnt go all out in dancing and/or performing like Lappy or ther dancing chuubas do. This cuts on production time a lot.
Im not saying she's not doing a lot. She still streams like a beast and shows up to a lot of stuff, but it looks like she's doing a lot more than she already is since most of it its fluff
