Whether they trade blow for blow is not a discussion I'm interested in having but it is absolutely true that the current Doki doesn't have that skill. She'll never regain it because she's no longer putting herself in situations that require that degree of skill so newfags will never get to see it in their lifetimes. She also doesn't have the same degree of interest in the game anyway so even if she has the time and energy, she won't engage with it in the same way. Those days are long gone and everyone knows it.
That aside, I do expect that a VSPO EN collab with Doki is somewhat inevitable given the overlap in Apex and OW2. After all, Doki is the largest "mainstream" vtuber in the public consciousness with accolades in both games. She's also in the good graces of the companies behind those games, which is a big plus overall for publicity. VSPO EN choosing to grift and make connections with her would probably be a net positive move for everyone involved, and would add another bullet to the list of things that makes sisters mald.
