This could even result in conversations with Vesper blowing up at perms guy over Xcom being made public, which would be incredibly embarrassing for the company. That is why I think Cover would settle even if they have a strong case. Discovery would reveal too much of them being idiots, even if they were not actually treating Kronii unfairly and were instead just all-around retards.
