Well there are a lot of people in Niji that'll definitely be a plus for her numbers if she can collab with them like Kuzuha, Kanae, Bora, Chihiro, Lauren, etc.
Outside of Niji? Shibuya Hal and Sumomo. Collabing with HoloJP or EN is fine too because numbers are important but if she's collabing with some literally whos then her viewership is going to permanently dropped.

Debatable if it'll filter anyone, no one cared about Bobon being in the Among Us collab or Mayuzumi in the Gartic Phone collab, but every time LazuLight spontaneously collabs with the ID boys in Minecraft a ton of posters get filtered (though honestly it's hard to tell how many of them have honestly been filtered and how many are just shitposting about males)
