Examine all your income and expenses to get an idea of your surplus, then start tracking it all.
Make a list to prioritize what you want. i.e. 1) Buying merch and 2) saving enough money to become a NEET within Y years if investments perform as expected
Make a plan to cut all non-necessary expenses to the bone and to improve your income. That can be a second job, technical certifications, or new career. Whatever you can pull off. This requires research and diligence. Back in the day I heard that wastewater technicians made pretty good money without much in the way of formal education requirements.
If you don't come from money and don't have connections, you need to be realistic about what you can do and hope something comes your way. That being said, discipline always counts for something. Good luck
