On a meta level? Nothing. They have no real reason to promise anything to each other or their paypigs, only to their contracts with Cover.

"Promise" is just a rebrand. A pretty and sentimental word to cover up the ugly failures of is Hololive Council and Project Hope. Nevertheless, a new coat of paint doesn't fix a broken car.

A new coat doesn't, but actual technical work does. Omega was fired, the vsinger project discontinued and now Irys can function as a gem member. Its an imprivement in more ways than one. Id say we got a much better car now.
