If the Gura you miss was the streamer that was active during COVID days, its gone now. She's way too busy being a Japanese idol to stream as much as she once too. And to COVER, she's way too valuable. Its not like she's Mori or Kiara, who have to claw their way.
tl;dr It is what it is. Either deal with it, or move on to someone else.
