Whenever I see someone poking fun at Nijisanji or calling them a black company, they never really point to any specific wrongdoing. Right now, other groups are going through yab after yab after yab (Hololive infighting, VSPO botting, FalseEyeD fraud, Filian IP theft, etc...) meanwhile Nijisanji has basically not done anything bad for the past few weeks. I know that the concert sold out and viewers are low, but these aren't proof that Nijisanji themselves are evil or villainous; incompetence (literally, the inability to compete) is not synonymous with villainy. Instead of giving direct examples, people who dislike Nijisanji will just bring up the same few buzzwords... Now it seems "sister" has become slang for anyone who criticizes a non-Nijisanji talent, in my opinion. But I still don't see these "nijisisters" and the few diehards themselves admitted they moved on to watching other vtubers now. Why? I'm not really sure, because like I said above I don't actually know what particularly made everyone treat Nijisanji like this horrible blight on the entire vtubing world.
TL;DR besides a concert getting cancelled, I don't think Nijisanji are actually guilty of much, maybe they did some shady stuff before and mismanaged EN talent but... Like what have they done recently? I can't find anything that would warrant so much hate to this day. So it feels almost inorganic, like on purpose from other fanbases looking to deflect.
