I know this is a shitpost, but here's a legitimate answer: gap moe. She has very strong gap moe, where sometimes she seems mature and has her shit together but then she girlfailures super hard. Her powerwash streams get very existential and she is really good at being entertainingly weird. She doesn't really try for GFE, but she is also really relatable and her rants are pretty funny. And the final thing is she's a natural deadpan comedian. She's like Ao, a really funny girl failure.

With regards to the parasocial aspects only, there's a sort of appeal in her need for validation from her viewership despite her contrary attitude to them that's hard to find elsewhere. There's very little distance between her and her fans even compared to girls who are much nicer and more affectionate with their fans. An emotional honesty that's easy to believe in because it's so toxic.

Kronii doesn't take herself too seriously but she is firmly entrenched in the cuter idol aspects of Hololive. So when she starts devolving into Twitch-adjacent humor or gets one guy'd in chat she can subconsciously control herself to toe the line between being crass and adorable. She's borderline tsundere for the act of streaming.
