This is the aspect not often talked about but is detrimental to building a strong brand. By engaging and supporting what they like they feel a sense of responsibility and accomplishment. This is what Anycolor has failed to convey in the west and will continue to do so since they can afford it. Brave Group are the same but to a lesser extent.
