>>80062645>Every time I ask what Nijisanji actually did wrong no one gives a real answerSince you're using Mint to falseflag, here's what they did to just Pomu alone:
1) They gave Finana and Elira company-funded EN songs near debut, part of the Nijisanji Pallette orisong series. Pomu didn't get one.
2) When working on Lazulight's 2nd outfits, management gave an overall theme to the wave (New Years Kimonos). While they let Elira and Finana work with their mamas to customize their outfits (where they chose to be bright & colorful royal queen & princess respectively), they forced Pomu to be a maid dressed in a mostly-black outfit, completely contrasting the other two, and she was not allowed to make any customizations/changes to her outfit.
3) For Lazulight's & NijiEN's 1st anniversary, Pomu organized & paid out-of-pocket for a group cover of Nijisanji's theme song, Virtual to Live. Management gave her 0 help on it, didn't promote it at all, and in fact immediately overshadowed it by announcing a 2nd group song for Luxiem instead, organized & funded by management.
4) Related to above, but Pomu wanted to release an acrylic stand to celebrate the anniversary cover. She already had the artwork commissioned and paid for (since she used it in the MV), and acrylic stands are Niji's bread & butter merch. Management said Nope.
(Meanwhile, management went out of their way to get a graphic novel made for Vox's failure of a movie)
5) Also related to above, but just 2 days after Lazulight's 1st anniversary, management decided to stop promoting it in favor of Luxiem's Half-Anniversary that wouldn't be happening for another 3 weeks.
6) Pomu asked for permission to cover a song, Fukashigi no Karte, something NijiJP had covered before. They gave her permission, she completed the recording and had an MV made (all out of her own pocket, of course), but right before she was going to release it, they denied her from doing so. Meanwhile, NijiJP was still allowed to release covers for it, and even other EN branches of JP corpos could release covers of it (V4Mirai), but management still denied Pomu from being able to release hers. Guaranteed they were just too lazy to ask for permission from Sony.
7) 3D model time! Management decided to cheap out and had some inexperienced guy from Taiwan work on Finana's and Pomu's 3D models (they had a dedicated, experienced 3D modeler handle Elira, go figure). Guy seemed to put all his time and effort into Finana's model, and half-assed Pomu's 3D model. And when Pomu asked for her 3D model to be worked on more, management didn't seem to care and put it on low priority.
8) Management denied Pomu's invite to be in Kiara's 3D because they didn't want more people to see the terrible job they did on Pomu's 3D model.
9) Elira and Finana (as well as Obsydia and Ethyria) all got their Home3D a few months after their 3D debuts. Pomu did not get her Home3D until literally the day after her graduation was made public (almost a year later), despite her asking staff to upload her existing 3D model to her phone for an entire year.
10) During a membership stream, Pomu talked about how someone came to her with a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity, but when she brought it to management for approval, they immediately shot it down without being willing to discuss or negotiate anything. This is probably the straw that broke the camel's back for her, because shortly afterwards she submitted her graduation.
These are just the big ones, I'm not including other retarded-ass decisions management has made throughout the years (such as scheduling a meeting for her on the day of her birthday stream, releasing Zaion's termination notice on the day of Pomu's 3rd outfit reveal stream, etc.).
Anyway, I'm glad she's out of that hell-hole, and is back as an indie doing the things she wants, without retarded management mistreating her anymore.
