Doki is an entrepreneur. She builds a brand, employs a team of managers, artists, mods etc. and is constantly on the lookout for business opportunities and sponsors.
Not saying that one is better than the other, but one is obviously going to release more merch and make more money. On the other hand, Doki's approach is a lot more stressful. I don't think Mint is in the mood and has the right mindset for work like that. They both do what they think is best, and I wish both of them everything good in the VTubing world.
