Entering the supposed "real" music industry such as record labels makes your oshi forced to do homocollab-prone events such as interviews, radio/TV shows, and collabs with all sorts of people, such as flesh males and e-celebs. It also makes your oshi more likely to be encountered by normalfags that we are supposed to gatekeep away from. In addition to that, it makes the chuubas grow a big ego and see themselves as less of a vtuber. Suisei and Mori are examples of this. The fact that there's no unicorn-friendly vsingers is a proof that vsinger niche should not even exist within vtubing in the first place.
Most fans, especially unicorns, never asked their oshi to jump into the cancerous music industry anyway and would prefer them to stay separated from the rest of the entertainment industry. It's better to stick to what vtubers are supposed to do, just stream and keep normalfags away.
