Phase has proven you can take a menhera and if you give her a work therapist whose job is to listen to her inane bullshit, you can work things out with her. Likewise Rie and Jelly were complaining about no music direction and eventually sakana got off his fat ass and fixed that. In addition while some personnel who communicate with Sakana are male, the managers are all female so the only males in direct contact are ones the girls brought on themselves (Lumi and Xalamon).
This is not the case for Idol, where Aviel's best friend and CFO was trying to bang half the talents. Another talent, also poorly managed, wanted to do a "50k donothon and dash" scam. The /k/ whore with her inner circle of groomers also tried to do the same thing. The 3 hebrew girls who graduated 2 years ago are basically similar. And obviously there was the deranged lolihag. No management, shitty management, it's the same.
Now look at girls like Poko, Coni, and Meica (who was hired only a few months ago) are talking about graduating (Coni is one foot out the door streaming on her PL set up for Vdere Gen 2). All of them complain about shitty management. Girls like Lisa don't seem to stream much in the last 2 months (20 times I think?) and don't seem to be putting out music either. All of this circles back around to the theory that Idol was a cash-grab. The actual schizo theory is that the government funding for Idol ran out when the Gaza War started and the Israeli government was more concerned with lebensraum than funding anime girls.
Basically the total failure to manage talents and adopting a strategy that would make nijisanji blush bringing girls onboard with cash bonuses and then burning them out is why idol won't last another year. In fact Aviel is probably just going to sell the whole thing to a japanese company anyway and skedaddle.
