A slut is someone who has sex with many people.
A whore is someone who has sex with people for money.
A slutty whore is someone who has sex with many people for money.
A non-slut whore is someone who has sex with one person for money.
A slutty non-whore is someone that sex with many people without money involved.
Mel doesn't have sex with people for money, so she's not a whore. She IS a sex worker, a person whose job involves sexual services.
A whore is, by default, a sex worker.
But not all sex workers are whores. This includes Mel, who just does (virtual) camwork, or strippers. While they provide sexual services for money, they aren't actually having sex with their customers.
