I have a question for all cute and funnys:

For me, I don't like when the vtuber has an overcomplicated design with many layers, or looks too plain.

I like when it's simple, but the vtuber itself makes up for it. For me, it's personality rather then design.

I don't really like Alice Alucard's content, but her design is hot to me.

I also personally have a distaste when someone changes their model to become cute and funny, where before they had a distinct case of boobas.

Character design is almost irrelevant. You need to be funny, be cute, and have a nice voice. Lolis only suck if it's some random hag doing no kayfabe trying to pander.
