Further, a subset of "bad quality" bootlegs were always making rounds. Essentially a "grab bag" of content recorded by someone wanting to make a quick buck, episodes of DBZ, naruto, and other easily-available Toonami shows would find its way from its official release into hundreds of copies of mashed-up shows, identified only by Marker on the cover.
I don't think you need to guess who'd be the primary watchers of these bad bootlegs.
