Yeah, you are likely right. It seems stupid to be all like “it’s a front to hire the most rumored person to join right now”, it does come off as VShojo doesn’t want to really barge into most indies doors to be like some fucking door to door salesman until they find someone who could join in. If they already had their eyes on someone like that, they wouldn’t worry over tribal stuff of them being called out by hiring clear nepos, they would just hired them lol.
It does comes off as they want to see who’s really a prospect right now even to this day, and that basically includes anyone, whether that person ends up being another Haruka or another Nazuna, it’s up to those that join the application. Those people (such as Mint) might as well not join to it
