Why do they bother accepting applications when it's presumably already dependent on whether a vtuber is close to existing members? Surely it'd be easier and less time consuming just to have private discussions about interest? I'm not even saying there's anything wrong with the way Vshojo hires new talent - considering the unique type of company it is I think it's fine the way it does things - but why waste time having these applications processes? Is it just for legal reasons? To build hype for the new entrants?
