>>80406122>>80406142I've said this before but it seems tremendously obvious that the recording in question was a test stream to run through an event with a bunch of different OBS scenes/inputs/etc so they both would have known that she was recording and it would have been reasonable for her to have kept the recording (to help with setup for the next year or whatever). From there, it's also pretty obvious there was a joke in there somewhere as they were troubleshooting and chatting that went along the lines of
> S: lmao I can't tweet that, I'd get sent to the shadow realm for two weeks> S: you probably could though, did you guys even get a talking to about """"""covid"""""??> V: haha, no> S: of fucking course not lmao> <both laugh and move on>Notable for Selen, probably immediately forgetten by Vox.
Then when Selen's lawyer asks if she has any evidence of favoritism, she remembers the conversation and remembers she's still got the video somewhere.
"I have a recording of Vox admitting to favorable treatment by management (can be provided upon request)" goes into the document.
Vox is shown the document (or that part of it), has no idea what it's referring to, freaks out and decides she's just been secretly recording all their conversations(?), and then decides to tell everyone his assumption on the black stream because they have to prove she's eeevil before she releases her document and doxxes and slanders them all.
