She never speedran the boulder game, she just did a single boulderless meme run which was three times slower than the WR.
Okayu used to speedrun Mario 64 but I think she hasn't done it in a very long time.
Anyway if you go looking at small indies you can probably find some that make speedrunning their main content. There's thousands of vtubers out there, right?
