I had to work at a small company to get a shot in the industry I am in because all of the big companies had sticks up their butts and didn't want to hire people without experience and when they did take a shot with people, it was mostly based on how someone liked a candidate and not based on a good evaluation of a person and how they fit inside the company.
In any case, this is really only an issue with Hololive with who they pick and any "Invaders" generations with Phase/idol but still, it's not like Hololive doesn't hire 0 2views nowadays, they just have bumped up their standards and it's rare 2views would have a niche they want to try and get a person in for, Koseki Bijou may be actually the last person in a while that Hololive would induct as a prior 2view. Everyone else takes a gamble on indies, even Nijisanji although they probably don't have that much choice at this point given their strategy.
