Of course people are gonna talk shit, all of your recent hires were all just people who existed in another form before they were hired on. It doesn't promote any new discoverability for people who aren't already associated with Vshoujo's members.
That's the thing, that's the issue right there. You're going to see people on the internet pointing this out and you can't sit there and act like it isn't the case when it's BEEN the case for nearly all of your members. It's not for anybody trying to build more of an audience, it's for people who already had an audience. This wouldn't be the issue it is if it wasn't for the fact that they advertise their auditions as a thing anybody can submit. Sure you can submit an audition/application, but you truly don't mean shit to them if you're not already friends with them or if you don't have a sizeable audience already.
How're you gonna sit there and get mad about people talking about this and pointing things out? Everyone just assumes the next members will be ex-corpo or somebody's friend. And they're right.
