Voice and esl were the main factors at the start. She pidgeonholed herself in Mori's shadow with their predebut relationship and her mic was trash at the start, even if I liked it personally.
Add onto that that she does just speak her mind often which can turn some off, and I can get why people wouldn't like her, but I love her for all of those points.
That being said, there was a point I had to take a break and so did a few other 'notable' KFP. Back when she released her album last year, she put a ton of work, effort, and money into it and spun it as 'for normies', which I thought was a shitty thing to do. I don't want to say she can't strike out into things other than Holive, but I think that album was the realization for her that this truly was it.
She got depressed and I killed my membership in October 2023. She had a members stream for drawing, which was one of my favorite things to watch her do because her drawings are cute and she tangents a lot. I got home from a long day at work and she spent the first 30 minutes complaining about literally everything. Again, normally I don't mind bits of it because she just speaks her mind, but it just crushed me that day. Joined back up though around the new year because during her 'year in review', she specifically brought up seeing people leaving during September and October and trying her best to work on some of her issues privately, which it seems she really did. Last year was a wild ride of stress, depression, and realization for her, and I think she's mentally in a great spot right now comparative to the last few years.
